IES is the delivery of declarative obligations related to accounting, taxation and statistics via electronic means and in a completely dematerialised form. All information which businesses have to provide concerning their annual accounts is transmitted collectively and to a single entity. The IES submission has to be made through the Business portal, by choosing IES and filling in the form directly or by opening and sending the corresponding file previously formatted according to specifications laid down by law. It is then submitted electronically to the IES, and the automaticallygenerated ATM reference has to be retained to allow the payment of the accountability submission registration. The registration for the accountability submission has to be paid within five working days.
